DocuFun opens documents right in your browser, privately. Here are answers to common questions.
A file won’t open. What can I do?
Check the file opens elsewhere and isn’t password-protected or copy-protected (DRM). Older binary formats (.doc, .xls, .ppt) are not supported yet — re-save them as .docx, .xlsx or .pptx.
The document looks different from the original.
DocuFun focuses on clear reading. Exact page layout, special fonts, animations and some theme effects are simplified.
Is there a size limit?
Files up to 200 MB. Very large spreadsheets show the first 5,000 rows.
How do I make a PDF?
Open your document, press Print, then pick “Save as PDF” as the destination.
Does DocuFun work offline?
Yes. After one visit with a connection, the site is stored by your browser and opens without internet.
How do I use it on my phone?
Open docufun.com in your phone’s browser and tap Choose a file. You can also add it to your home screen. Native apps are coming soon.
Which browsers are supported?
Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox.
